Lenny Melnick started playing rotisserie baseball and fantasy football back in the mid-1980s. He was on many national radio shows talking baseball and started his own fantasy rotisserie radio show in August 1993.

He continued on to create his own website and in 2009 was voted Internet Most Popular Personality.

He later created the website fantasy pros 911 and currently has https://lennymelnickfantasysports.com/.

He started a radio show on siriusXM fantasy sports around 2009 still has a show as of this interview.

Melnick has had a very unique career and helped promote fantasy sports as far back as the 1980s.

His first show was on New York's WGBB network. In 1995 he was a consultant for the first rotisserie pay-per-view for ESPN Time Warner. In 1996 he was the first rotisserie personality to appear on national TV, MLB/Phoenix communications which included the pennant chase with Fran Healy national TV syndication and this week in baseball with Ozzie Smith nationally televised for two years. He was invited by MLB to be a guest at the All-Star game in Cleveland - promoting fantasy baseball to the mainstream. He did a symposium which had over a thousand fans and more people who could not get in the room. He helped create the tout wars which is run by Ron Chandler.
