Peter Schoenke Fantasy Sports Pioneer

Peter Schoenke has had an excellent career in fantasy sports. He is the co-founder of Rotowire.com - one of the leading websites for fantasy football content. They have provided content for many companies including ESPN, Yahoo! Sports, NFL, and Sirius XM radio.
He started Roto Wire in 1997 and the site quickly grew to become one of the major players in the fantasy sports content industry. They also added analysis to their player notes and made them searchable - one of the first companies to accomplish this.
Peter has been an important player in the support of the fantasy sports industry as a Fantasy Sports Trade Association board member since 2002 and FSTA Chairman sense 2010. He helped lead efforts to legalize fantasy sports in all 50 states and he testified in front of Congress and 10 state legislators in support of the fantasy sports industry.
Peter was elected to FSTA Hall of Fame in 2011 for his achievements and to the fantasy sports writers Association Hall of Fame in 2012 for his writing excellence.
